Synopsis:
ISNATS is a neo-noir that visually narrates the plight of a retail drug pusher, a small time snatcher and a drug transporter as they race to recover the drugs they stole by impulse from a big time drug mafia with the hope of returning the criminal underground to its equilibrium.
